These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Seaside Sewing Co. (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), a sole proprietorship based in Pennsylvania, providing mobile marine canvas repair services. By using this website, requesting a consultation, or receiving services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Seaside Sewing Co. offers mobile marine canvas repairs, including but not limited to:

Full resews, Zipper replacement, Vinyl window replacement, Rip patchingSnaps, grommets, and fastener fixes


All services are performed on-site at your boat location, weather and access permitting.


2. Consultations & Quotes

Consultations are free and quotes are based on photo review or in-person inspection. Final pricing may change if the repair scope differs from the initial estimate.

3. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.Accepted methods: cash, credit/debit card, or digital payment.All payments are final. No refunds for completed work.If work is cancelled after arrival but before service begins, a minimum trip fee may apply.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Weather

Clients must give 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.Seaside Sewing Co. reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or safety risks.Unsafe working conditions (e.g., obstructed access, hazardous environments) may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Repairs are warrantied for 30 days from the service date for workmanship defects only.This does not include damage from weather, misuse, neglect, or natural canvas aging.Seaside Sewing Co.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service.I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including water intrusion or secondary property damage.


6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that marine repairs performed outdoors or on aging materials carry inherent risks. You accept responsibility for any pre-existing wear or failure of materials unrelated to the repair work performed.


7. Photos & Documentation

You authorize Seaside Sewing Co. to take before-and-after photos for documentation, quality control, or promotional use. No personal identifying details (e.g., boat names or registration numbers) will be published without your consent.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seaside Sewing Co. against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of services, failure to disclose relevant information, or third-party interference during or after the service.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Policy

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages related to:

Appointment confirmations and remindersService updatesOn-site arrival notifications
No promotional texts will be sent without explicit opt-in.

Message frequency is typically fewer than 5 per week.Reply “STOP” to opt out at any time.Reply “HELP” for assistance.Message and data rates may apply.Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.


10. Force Majeure

Seaside Sewing Co. is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond control, including weather, equipment issues, illness, or service interruptions.


11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith. If unresolved, claims will be handled through arbitration or small claims court in
